About the Role
We are seeking a Cybercrime Strategy & Governance Lead to shape the strategic direction and governance model of a national Cybercrime Center. This role will drive inter-agency coordination, data-sharing frameworks, and collaboration with regulators and major digital platforms, ensuring alignment with national cybersecurity and public safety priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Center’s strategic vision, mission, and objectives.
- Develop governance structures, including roles, authorities, SOPs, KPIs, and escalation paths.
- Identify and map key cybercrime data sources and integrate them into operational workflows.
- Establish and manage liaison protocols with government entities, regulatory authorities, and digital platforms.
- Benchmark frameworks against GCC, regional, and international cyber governance standards.
- Support knowledge transfer and capability-building initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in cyber strategy, cyber governance, or digital intelligence (government or consulting preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GCC and global cybersecurity governance models.
- Proven experience developing multi-stakeholder governance and data-sharing frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) strongly preferred.
