We are looking for a skilled IT & Network Technician with strong experience in on-site work, network configuration, CCTV systems, and project supervision. The ideal candidate will handle daily site operations, configure network devices, support IT systems, and manage multiple project locations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily on-site work across various project locations
- Supervise and assist technicians at project sites
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, CCTV, and network devices
- Configure Managed & Unmanaged Switches (VLAN, STP, QoS, Port Security, Trunk/Access Ports)
- Prepare professional documentation for network configurations
- Configure devices via Web UI (Frontend Configuration) including:
- Routers
- Access Points
- IP Cameras
- NVR/DVR
- Install and support structured cabling (Cat6/Cat6A, Patch Panels, Fiber)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
- Ensure project deadlines are met and daily reports submitted
- Follow and maintain site safety rules
- Handle customer interactions professionally
- Work across multiple sites and manage workload under pressure
- Train or guide junior technicians when needed
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in IT, networking, CCTV, and on-site project execution
- Strong understanding of Managed & Unmanaged Switches
- Knowledge of Cyber Security basics
- Experience with major brands:
- Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, TP-Link, MikroTik, Cisco (preferred)
- Ability to configure devices using Web UI
- Strong time management and punctuality
- Good customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
