Role Overview
We are looking for skilled Security Operations Engineers who can manage, operate, and support multiple security domains including Identity & Access Management, PKI, Endpoint Security, and other critical security solutions. The role involves daily operations, troubleshooting, implementation support, and coordination with customers as part of a managed services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identity & Access Management (IAM):
- Manage and support CA Identity Suite / CA Identity Manager
- Handle identity lifecycle operations, access provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management
- Troubleshoot IAM issues and coordinate with L3/engineering teams
PKI Services
- Manage Microsoft PKI infrastructure
- Support certificate lifecycle management (issuance, renewal, revocation)
- Work with nCipher HSM for secure key management
- Monitor PKI health and security posture
Endpoint Security Services
- Operate and manage Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP)
- Manage policies, agent deployment, endpoint troubleshooting
- Provide support for antivirus/anti-malware incidents
Additional Security Solutions - Tripwire Enterprise: Integrity monitoring, policy management, alerts
- Broadcom Symantec Solutions:
- DLP (Data Loss Prevention)
- ATP Appliance (Advanced Threat Protection)
- CAS Appliance (Content Analysis System)
- Kaspersky Standalone AV for servers
General Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring, incident handling, and resolution
- Work on change requests, upgrades, patching, and configuration
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for all managed platforms
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of service requests
- Liaise with customer stakeholders for issue updates and enhancements
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong operational experience in IAM / PKI / Endpoint Security
- Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 technologies
- Good understanding of enterprise security fundamentals
- Experience in managed services or 24x7 operational environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in any security domain (CISSP, CISM, CEH, Microsoft, Broadcom/Symantec, Tripwire)
- Experience working with HSM-integrated PKI environments
- Exposure to large enterprise or BFSI environments
