Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT leader to own and scale our cloud environment, security posture, and hybrid infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and hands-on technical execution. The IT Manager will design our technology roadmap, champion best practices, and lead a strong IT team while staying close to the tools, architecture, and operations that keep the business running.
Responsibilities
- Maintain corporate network and ISP setup (VPN, DNS, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
- Enforce device compliance, access control, and data protection standards.
- Manage MDM platforms (Mosyle, Intune, or Jamf) for laptops and mobile devices.
- Oversee DLP tools, network firewalls, and endpoint security policies.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, licenses, and renewals.
- Maintain asset inventory and IT documentation.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of IT administration or systems management experience.
- Hands-on experience with MDM, DLP, Google Workspace or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, firewalls).
- Familiarity with IAM (Okta, Azure AD) and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is a plus.
