Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Network Security Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure & Security team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto NGFW, F5 WAF, Splunk, and BeyondTrust PAM, along with a solid networking background (routing, switching, VPN, DNS/DHCP). Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage security controls across enterprise networks
- Administer and optimize Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama (policies, VPN, threat prevention)
- Manage F5 load balancers and WAF, including iRules, SSL offloading, and HA configurations
- Operate and enhance Splunk for security monitoring, alerting, and dashboarding
- Maintain and support BeyondTrust PAM for privileged access governance
- Perform security incident response, access control enforcement, and vulnerability mitigation
- Ensure compliance with CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001 security standards
- Collaborate with SOC, NOC, Network, and Systems teams to enhance security posture
- Document configurations, processes, and security improvements
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in network security
- Strong networking background (routing/switching, VLAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, NAC)
- Experience with enterprise firewalling, SIEM, PAM, and load balancing platforms
- Security certification(s) preferred: PCNSE, NSE, CCNP Security, CEH, or equivalent
- Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto NGFW, F5 WAF, Splunk, and BeyondTrust PAM
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, DNS/DHCP
- Familiar with CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001 standards
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
