ELV Engineer – Safety & Security Systems
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract: 12 Months
We are looking for an ELV Engineer – Safety & Security Systems and will be responsible for managing life-safety, fire protection, and security systems while performing the Fire Marshal role to safeguard personnel, IT equipment, and infrastructure from fire and security risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot fire and suppression systems.
- Manage CCTV, access control, and biometric systems.
- Conduct alarm tests, fire drills, and compliance audits.
- Coordinate with authorities for certifications and reporting.
- Maintain compliance logs, risk assessments, and incident reports.
- Conduct emergency drills and act as Incident Commander.
- Manage vendors and contract renewals.
SLA Evaluation Metrics
- Zero life-safety incidents.
- Alarm response <5 minutes.
- 100% system testing completion.
- Full compliance in audits.
