This is an on-site role supporting internal and client-facing IT systems across multiple locations in the UAE.
About The Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to join an agile on-site IT team. You will deliver frontline desktop and infrastructure support, resolve incidents rapidly, and maintain high availability for business-critical systems. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide on-site first- and second-line support for Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices; resolve incidents within SLA targets.
- Administer user accounts, groups and policies in Active Directory and Azure AD; manage Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 user access and permissions.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and TCP/IP network issues, VPN connectivity, and collaborate with network vendors for escalations.
- Operate the service desk (ServiceNow/Jira), triage tickets, document resolutions, and escalate complex issues to engineering teams.
- Deploy and maintain endpoint management tools (SCCM/Intune), perform imaging, patching, and endpoint security monitoring.
- Maintain hardware inventory, perform hardware installations and replacements, and produce clear technical documentation and user guides.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support or desktop support experience (on-site environment preferred).
- Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage for UAE-based client support.
