As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Officer to oversee daily IT operations, ensure system reliability, and support our team in using technology efficiently and securely.
Job Description
- Provide technical support (hardware, network) to internal staff via phone, email, and in person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT security protocols.
- Ensure stable internet connectivity across all office locations.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data protection policies are enforced.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage procurement of IT equipment.
- Provide onboarding/offboarding IT support for new and departing employees.
- Respond to and track support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role
- Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, basic networking, and IT troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user management
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
