IT Applications Specialist
Location:
Sharjah (Direct Payroll, 5 days working, Transportation provided nearby Sharjah location)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP).
- Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM.
- Develop reports & dashboards in Power BI.
- Write and optimize SQL queries.
- Maintain Advanced Excel models (macros, Power Query, pivot tables).
- Act as IT coordinator with External AMC Provider.
- Assist in Cyber Security practices and conduct User Training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & HubSpot CRM.
- 5+ years practical implementation in Business Central/NAV (Logistics, Service, Finance modules).
- Strong skills in SQL, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of IT coordination & cyber security fundamentals.
- Excellent communication & training skills.
