Role Overview:
The IT Specialist is responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing HKW Wealth’s digital infrastructure. This role ensures seamless technology operations across the organization, supporting both internal teams and client facing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth running of hardware, software, and networks.
- Maintain data security and protect confidential client information.
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues for staff and provide timely solutions.
- Manage company email systems, CRM, and internal digital tools.
- Ensure the HKW Wealth website is secure, updated, and optimized.
- Collaborate with management on digital transformation and automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of network and system administration.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance protocols.
- Experience with CRM systems and website CMS (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
