We are looking for a Security Engineer with 3+ years of expertise in BeyondTrust product suite, Forcepoint solutions, Email Security, and Security Awareness Training. This role is ideal for an immediate joiner (available within 15 days) to support, troubleshoot, and ensure optimal performance of security deployments for our clients.
Responsibilities
Incident Response and Resolution
- Address client inquiries and support requests related to BeyondTrust, Forcepoint, Email Security, and awareness platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues including connectivity, authentication, policy enforcement, and system performance.
- Ensure rapid incident resolution with proper documentation for future reference.
Proactive Monitoring and Maintenance
- Monitor health and performance of deployed security solutions, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Perform routine maintenance such as updates, security patches, and system checks.
Client Communication
- Deliver technical information to clients clearly and professionally.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and proactive support.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior engineers or management as necessary.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with the BeyondTrust product suite (PAM, EPM), Forcepoint solutions, Email Security platforms, and Awareness Training tools.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills across identity, access control, and endpoint security domains.
- Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement principles.
