We’re hiring a Cybersecurity Academy Advisor to lead and manage end-to-end cybersecurity training programs, workshops, and lab operations aimed at upskilling employees, students, and community members.
◾ Key Responsibilities:
✅Plan and oversee academy events, certification tracks, and workshops.
✅Track KPIs like enrollment, pass rates, and feedback to measure impact.
✅Design, develop, and deliver training content, labs, and real-world exercises.
✅Regularly update training materials to reflect latest threats and tech.
✅Conduct awareness sessions, seminars, and webinars for varied audiences.
✅Evaluate skills through assessments and recommend learning paths.
✅Provide academic advising for cybersecurity careers and certifications.
✅Manage lab operations, equipment maintenance, and technical support.
✅Install/configure lab instruments, monitor performance, and maintain logs.
✅Ensure efficient use of resources and budget compliance.
✅Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and share knowledge internally.

✅Experience developing and delivering training for all skill levels.
✅Strong presentation, communication, and content creation skills.
