Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and knowledgeable IT Support / IT Specialist to manage the daily operations of our IT systems and provide timely assistance to staff within our real estate company. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficiency, security, and smooth functioning of our hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-level technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile, and office devices (including printers and VoIP systems).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform system upgrades, and resolve user requests efficiently.
- Set up and configure new users and workstations, including email, software, and access permissions.
- Maintain the company’s IT asset inventory, tracking hardware and software installations and maintenance.
- Support the office network infrastructure including internet connectivity, routers, firewalls, and cloud-based services.
- Assist with IT security tasks such as antivirus updates, firewall settings, and data protection measures.
- Coordinate regular system backups and assist in implementing disaster recovery solutions.
- Liaise with third-party vendors for any external IT services or technical support as required.
- Document IT processes and create user guides to help employees operate systems effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or a technical helpdesk environment.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS, office network management, and common office productivity tools.
- Familiarity with VoIP systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
