Information Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing information security strategies to protect our organization’s data and assets from potential threats and vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
• Oversee incident response planning and investigations, ensuring timely and effective handling of security breaches.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security measures into the organization's technology infrastructure.
• Provide training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the organization’s security posture.
• Prepare and present reports on security incidents, compliance status, and security initiatives to senior management.

Relevant Experience:

• Experience in information security management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of information security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English is required.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.
