Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as we continue to expand our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. We are seeking a proactive and dedicated MDR Sales Specialist to drive growth in the GCC market.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with extensive sales experience in the UAE cybersecurity market, specifically in selling Managed Security Services (MSS), including Managed Detection and Response (MDR).
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth primarily in the UAE while also supporting expansion efforts across the wider Middle East market.
Additionally, you will be supporting to ensure the renewal of existing contracts through effective value demonstration and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Own and drive new MDR sales opportunities in the UAE while supporting opportunities across the Middle East.
Identify growth opportunities beyond the UAE, supporting market entry efforts in Saudi, Kuwait, Bahrain, and other key markets
Sales Performance & Measurement:
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain a healthy sales funnel by generating qualified leads.
Build and sustain strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors.
Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations and discussions with clients
Close sales and ensure smooth transition to the implementation
Qualifications and Skills:
10 + years of sales experience in the UAE.
7 + years of experience selling Managed Security Services
Sales & Business Development experience in the GCC
Language: Arabic, English is mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
