Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cyber Security Architect at Tiger Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Cyber Security Architect will be responsible for designing security architecture, ensuring application security, implementing cybersecurity measures, securing network infrastructure, and managing information security protocols.
Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Security Audits: Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the organization’s assets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT and other departments to integrate security measures into all aspects of the organization’s operations.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with security vendors and service providers.
- Security Awareness Programs: Develop and lead security awareness programs to educate employees about cybersecurity best practices.
- Ethical Hacking: Perform ethical hacking to identify and fix security vulnerabilities before they can be exploited by malicious actors12.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker).
- Project Management: Experience in managing security projects from inception to completion.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex security challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to identify and mitigate potential security risks12.
Tools and Technologies:
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM): Tools like Splunk, ArcSight, or QRadar.
- Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS): Tools like Snort or Suricata.
- Firewalls and VPNs: Knowledge of configuring and managing firewalls and VPNs.
- Encryption Technologies: Familiarity with encryption standards and technologies
