Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to oversee all technology operations within our real estate company. The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, software, and networks while providing ongoing support to staff and managing key technical processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based systems.
- Oversee device management, including laptops, mobile devices, and printers, ensuring inventory is tracked and devices are properly maintained.
- Manage phone systems (including VoIP and mobile devices) and troubleshoot any related issues.
- Implement software installations, updates, and system integrations for business-critical applications.
- Provide technical support to staff and develop training programs for company systems.
- Ensure the security of company data through firewalls, antivirus software, and regular security audits.
- Manage data backup processes and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar technical role.
- Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, device management, and software applications.
- Experience in managing cybersecurity practices and data protection.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
