Cregis is a Web3 solution platform, focusing on crypto asset management tools and solutions for businesses since 2017. We've served over 3,200 clients in exchanges, projects, and Crypto Funds, with a daily on-chain transaction flow exceeding $30 million.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Support: Partner with Account Executives and Business Development teams to support the sales process by delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients .
- Solution Design: Understand customer needs, evaluate technical requirements, and propose solutions that address their business goals.
- Technical Presentations: Deliver in-depth technical presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining the platform’s features, security architecture, and integration capabilities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to the ongoing development of solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales role, preferably within a fintech, cybersecurity, or crypto/blockchain environment.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital asset operations, or cybersecurity. Hands-on experience with APIs and technical integrations is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Confident and concise presenter with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Consultative Selling: Proven ability to work in a consultative sales environment, understanding client needs and recommending the best technical solutions to meet those needs.
- Customer Focus: Passion for customer success, with a track record of building strongrelationships with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex technical problems in real-time during client engagements.
- Collaboration: Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams.
