Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Position the business for its next phase of growth as a senior executive with a proven ability to excel in direct and channel sales environments.
Team Empowerment: Build and lead high-performing teams, driving revenue and market share growth while strengthening Check Point’s market position.
Regional Oversight: Report directly to the President of EMEA and lead an established team across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, delivering continuous business growth.
Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a clear vision for growth, aligned with corporate objectives, to identify new revenue opportunities with customers and channel partners.
Customer-Centric Focus: Manage a sales team that provides tailored, customer-led solutions across diverse market segments.
Talent Development: Attract, develop, and retain top talent while expanding the team to drive business goals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales management within the software and technology solutions industry, with a proven record of scaling and managing sales organizations.
- Strong operational and strategic capabilities, overseeing sales, professional services, and back-office functions.
- A track record of driving sales success, measured by revenue growth, market share expansion, and product performance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities in the competitive Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa software market, particularly within the enterprise sector.
