Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a DataCenter Support Specialist at AIHostingHub. The DataCenter Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless operations of GPU instances in the data center located worldwide.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting abilities
- Strong Customer Support and Communication skills
- Experience with infrastructure Technical Support.
- Experience with Servers, Storage , Network, CyberSecurity and more.
- Ability to work efficiently in a data center environment
- Knowledge of data center operations and maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
