We are seeking a Cyber Security Manager to lead security initiatives across GCC, protecting our digital assets, customers, and employee data. You will collaborate with regional and global security teams, ensuring compliance, risk management, and the implementation of cutting-edge security practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cybersecurity strategy, risk assessments, and security initiatives.
Strengthen security culture through awareness programs and policy enforcement.
Oversee security governance, vendor management, and compliance (GDPR, PCI-DSS).
Ensure proactive threat management (pentesting, vulnerability & fraud management).
Support incident response and business continuity planning.
Collaborate with IT teams on secure software development and network architecture.
Implement and monitor security technologies (WAF, DDoS protection, encryption).

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong experience in Cyber Security, including at least 3 years in retail.
Expertise in risk management, security frameworks (CIS, ISO 27001, CISM, CISSP preferred).
Strong technical background in IT security, systems, and networks.
Experience in managing vendors, projects, and security audits.
Fluent in English (Arabic/French a plus).
Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
