Position: SOC Analyst Intern

Duration: [3 Months]

Location: [Dubai Media City]

Responsibilities:

As a SOC Analyst Intern, you will be an integral part of our Security Operations team and assist in various cybersecurity activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Monitoring security alerts and incidents using various security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
Assisting in the analysis of security incidents to determine their severity and potential impact.
Collaborating with senior analysts to investigate and respond to security events.
Participating in threat hunting exercises to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Conducting vulnerability assessments and contributing to the overall security posture of the organization.
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of security documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and concepts.
Familiarity with network protocols, operating systems, and security technologies.
Knowledge of common cybersecurity threats and attack vectors.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
