Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including AWS, ITIL practices, cybersecurity tools and standards, and Synology storage systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and hands-on technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the management, maintenance, and upgrading of on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure, with a focus on AWS cloud services.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of IT systems.
Manage and optimize network, server, and storage solutions, including Synology storage systems.

AWS Cloud Management:

Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure.
Implement AWS best practices for security, cost management, and scalability.
Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage and performance.

Cybersecurity:

Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.
Ensure the protection of company data and IT assets against cyber threats.
Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability tests, and risk analysis.
Implement and manage cybersecurity tools and technologies.

ITIL and Service Management:

Implement ITIL best practices to enhance IT service management.
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Manage team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide professional development opportunities.

Project Management:

Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Coordinate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure value for money.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align IT strategy with business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Extensive experience with on-premise and cloud infrastructure management, including AWS cloud services.
Proficiency in ITIL practices and certification (ITIL Foundation or higher) is preferred.
Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and standards (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, encryption, etc.).
Experience with Synology storage systems is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are highly desirable.
Preference will be given to candidates from Arabic nationalities and East Europeans.
